1. What types of sarees do you offer?
We offer a diverse range of sarees, including Banarasi Silk, Kanjivaram Silk, Dola Cotton Silk, Paithani, Organza, Cotton, Georgette, Tissue Silk, Ready to Wear, Litchi Silk, Pashmina, Chanderi, Chiffon, and Fancy sarees along with Saree Shapers and Blouses.
2. Do your sarees come with a blouse piece?
Yes, most of our sarees include an unstitched matching blouse piece. Specific details are mentioned in the product description.
3. How can I determine the right size for me?
Sarees are generally one-size-fits-all. However, for blouse pieces and saree shapers, we recommend referring to our size chart available on each product page. In Ready to Wear Sarees, to make it adjustable we have added 1-meter-long loops, that you can fix as per your size.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, Wallets, Cash on Delivery and
5. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available across India. A ₹50 handling fee applies to all COD orders.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within India. However, on especial request, we may ship to other countries as well depending on courier availability.
8. What is your return policy?
We accept return request, if it should be created within 48 hours of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.

9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress. You can visit to "Order Tracking" either on header or on footer and place your tracking ID to track the status of your order.
10. Do you offer discounts or promotional codes?

11. How do I care for my saree?
Care instructions are provided on each product page. Generally, we recommend gentle hand washing or dry cleaning for delicate fabrics.
12. Are the colors of the products accurate to the images online?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, there might be slight color variations due to differences in the display of the screen.
13. Do you offer customization or tailoring services?
Currently, we do not offer customization. However, our designs are crafted to fit a wide range of body types.
14. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel or modify the order before it gets shipped. Once the order gets shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified, you can either accept it or return back as per our return policy.
